AI Model as a Service Plans
PHOENIQS Model as a Service provides access to open-weights AI models hosted exclusively in Switzerland. Users can evaluate the model catalogue for free and then activate API access through a monthly credit allowance.

Evaluation Plan
The Evaluation plan is intended for users who want to test the available models before starting a paid subscription.

What is included
- 1M free tokens for 30 days
- Access to the model catalogue with one API key

When to use this plan
Use the Evaluation plan when you want to test model quality, compare available models, or validate an initial use case before purchasing usage credits.

Exploratory Plan
The Exploratory plan enables paid API access to all available AI models through a monthly usage credit allowance.

How it works
The user purchases a monthly 25 CHF usage allowance. This creates an active LLM API subscription and enables access to the available model catalogue with one API key.
Each credit represents CHF 1 of AI model usage.
1 credit = CHF 1 of AI model usage.
Credits are consumed based on the number of tokens used by the selected models. Different models may consume credits at different rates depending on their pricing.

Monthly renewal
The Exploratory plan renews monthly. At each renewal, the included monthly credit allowance is refreshed according to the active subscription.

Adding More Credits
If a user needs more credits than the included monthly allowance, they must submit a service request.
PHOENIQS will manually review the request and update the subscription as needed.

Typical reasons to request more credits
- Higher-than-expected model usage
- Additional testing or development activity
- More users or applications consuming the API
- Larger prompts, larger outputs, or higher token volume
- Moving from evaluation to more sustained usage
Additional credits are not automatically self-provisioned in the portal. A service request is required so PHOENIQS can update the subscription manually.

Recommended User Flow
- Start with the Evaluation plan to test the model catalogue.
- Move to the Exploratory plan when API access is needed for ongoing usage.
- Use the included 25 monthly credits to begin consuming models.
- Monitor usage against the available credit allowance.
- Submit a service request if additional credits are required.
